First Impressions are everything. A starter should be colourful, vibrant, interesting and of course utterly delicious. We believe it should be the first part of a cohesive menu, for instance a Thai main should be preceded by an Eastern inspired first course. But that is just our opinion, if you really want Pate de Fois Gras aux Truffes before your larb gai then that’s fine by us!
