We have catered at festivals, festival style weddings, weddings, luxury weddings, community weddings, community events. So let us use this experience to help demystify your unknowns when it comes to event planning.

  • Personal tastings are not included in the cost and we regret that we are not able to offer tastings. We’d invite you to attend one of our pop ups or feast nights if you wanted to get a sense of the quality of the food, but we cannot guarantee availability.

  • Yes absolutely. We will provide alternative dishes for known guests with dietary requirements at no extra cost. We will need the requirements no less than one month ahead of the event. This option is for guests with dietary requirements only and should not be offered as a choice.

  • Yes. The nature of your service will dictate how many staff are required. Buffet options will require fewer staff, but family shared feasts will need more.

  • We have worked hard to create menus which are exciting and appealing but also cost effective in their planning and execution. Therefore customising menus isn’t an option for Kaboocha. We suggest contacting our sister company Fego Food Co who specialises in customised and personal menus.

  • 4 different canapes, with approx 1.5 per person of each, will last approx 45 minutes. 6 different canapes, with 1.5 of each per person, will last about 1 hour 15 minutes.
